About Us
At Pdx Midterm Housing, we specialize in providing furnished rental properties for those in need of mid-term housings, also known as temporary housing. Most of our customers are having their homes repaired after an insurable event, as well corporate relocation. The typical stays are for 3 - 6 months with the ability to extend, and the minimum stay is 30 days.
We know that in mid-term housing flexibility is key, since estimated repair timelines rarely reflect reality, so we offer tenants the ability to extend their rental contract as needed.
